    What kind of opportunities will open up? Other printing methods besides screen printing? More control over techniques and methods? Something else?

    Let's see: they got classes in chemistry and physics as well as classes in office work (PC work, billing work and the likes), media tech etc.

    After one year she can decide which way she wants to go: either Print Technician or Media Technician which is even more suited for the media industry (print, TV, net etc.). So, it's hard to tell where she's going after graduation, but her choices ain't that limited anymore. Besides, it's two years down the road, so it's hard to tell anyways. :)

    I just finished a two day seminar on "Lithographic Troubleshooting". The more I learn about the printing industry, the more I realize just how complex it is.
