It's disturbing how much work you find yourself doing. I have to sit back and take stock periodically, as I suffer from overenthusiasm, especially when it comes to writing software (come up with a neat idea for a site or app, then dive straight into it). It's easy to get caught up in all sorts of little projects or get bogged down by a few large ones and lose focus.
