Just watch they don't promote you into the job where you have to sack people during the shakeup. :-/ Aside from that, I'm sure finding that when the dust settles at the company you're several steps up is a good thing.

Actually in our case "restructuring" doesn't mean "layoff". Existing employees are moved around, and there are new people coming aboard as well (at least that's what I've heard).
